Description

It is a unique Phenotypic determination paper strip which is coated with antibiotic and inhibitor on a single strip in a concentration gradient manner. The upper half has Ceftazidime, Cefotaxime & Cloxacillin mixture + Clavulanic acid with a highest concentration tapering downwards and capable of showing IC values in the range of 0.032 -4, whereas lower half is similarly coated with Ceftazidime, Cefotaxime & Cloxacillin mixture in reverse direction to show IC values in the range of 0.125 - 16.
