Indazole-Cl Ind-Cl is an Estrogen receptor ER -?-specific agonist with inflammatory effect. Indazole-Cl inhibits cyclooxygenase-2 exression reduction induced by hypoxia. And Indazole-Cl inhibits ROS production. Indazole-Cl also inhibits cell migration and invasion by hypoxia increased by hypoxia.
