ING-1 heMab is a high-affinity humanized monoclonal antibody against epithelial cell adhesion molecule Ep-CAM . ING-1 is a transmembrane glycoprotein mediating Ca2+. ING-1 binds to Ep-CAM on tumor cells and exhibits potent in vitro activity, targeting and inhibiting tumor growth and metastasis in mouse cancer models.
