Isosojagol Compound 5 is a ?-Glucosidase inhibitor with an IC50 of 32.2 ??M. Isosojagol can be isolated from the Roots of Dolichos trilobus. Isosojagol has anti-inflammatory activity and inhibits LPS HY-D1056A1 -induced NO production in RAW264.7 cells.
