KNP-I Antibody E-6 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 1 Io provided at 200 Amug/ml specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 175-207 within an internal region of KNP-I of human origin recommended for detection of KNP-I of human origin and, to a lesser extent, D10Jhu81e of mouse origin and the corresponding rat homolog by WB, IP, IF and ELISA; also reactive with additional species, including and bovine and porcine m-IgG Fc BP-HRP , m-IgG 1 BP-HRP and m-IgGIo BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for KNP-I Antibody E-6 for WB applications.
