L. lactisHCP ELISA Kit

Description

This kit has been specifically developed and qualified for use in detecting L. lactis HCPs as impurities in products produced by recombinant expression in Lactococcus lactis . The antibodies used in this kit were generated against and affinity purified from HCPs obtained from the spent culture media of a null cell line. Our assay qualification has determined that the LOD for this kit is 0.125ng/mL. Please use Sample Diluent, Item No. I028 , with these kits; available separately.
