The Lenti-X Maxi Purification Kit purifies lentivirus from crude supernatants, and produces outstanding yields of highly purified virus. The gravity column-based protocol is fast, simple, and effective. The Lenti-X column gently retains charged virus particles from the supernatant, while unbound material exits the column during the wash steps.
