LNZ308 Stably Expressing Tet-on Cell Line

Description

LNZ308 cells were transfected with the rtTA expression vector to generate the LNZ308 Stably Expressing Tet-on Cell Line. It can be used in vitro to stably transfect gene of interest cloned in tetracycline-responsive expression vector i.e. pTRE2 with Hygromycin selection and pick clones. With the addition of 1 mug/ml doxycycline, end users can test individually for induced gene expression under the tet-regulated promoter.
