Loganic acid is an iridoid isolated from cornelian cherry fruits. Loganic acid inhibits NF-?B signaling pathway, activates Nrf2 signaling pathway, exhibits anti-inflammatory activity. Loganic acid can modulate diet-induced atherosclerosis and redox status.
