Description
Luciferase is commonly used as a reporter to assess the transcriptional activity of a genetic construct with a luciferase gene under the promoter of interest. The Luciferase stable PC3 Cell line was generated using abms Luciferase Photinus pyralis Lentiviral Vector UbC, Cat. LV010087 on PC3 cells. The expression of luciferase has been confirmed via luciferase assay. This stable cell line is puromycin resistant 0.1 mug/ml . Luciferase stable PC3 cells can be a very useful cell line for non-invasive visualization in in vitro experiments.
