Description

The Luminescent beta-galactosidase Reporter System 3 is a complete system for the analysis of transcriptional regulation using the reporter enzyme beta-galactosidase. The kit contains two pLacZ reporter vectors and reagents necessary for 100 chemiluminescent assays to detect enzyme activity. The protocol describes chemiluminescent detection of beta-galactosidase via a scintillation counter, tube or plate luminometer, or x-ray film. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only.
