Lynronne-1 is an antimicrobial peptide. Lynronne-1 is active against Gram-positive bacterials, including MDR strains MIC: 8-32 ?g/mL for methicillin-resistant MRSA strains . Lynronne-1 reduces the bacterial load in MRSA infected wound murine model. Lynronne-1 is also effective against P. aeruginosa infection.
