Description

Muscarinic type 3 receptor M3R is the primary receptor subtype to promote fluid secretion in salivary acinar cells. Research has shown that anti-M3R autoantibodies anti-M3R are potential inhibitors of saliva secretion in Sjogrens syndrome SjS , however there is currently no anti-M3R detection method established. M3R Stable Expressing HEK293 M3R-GFP Cell Line is applicable for studies on SjS. It can also be utilized for studies on chronic fatigue syndrome, and neurology or neural regulation-related studies as M3R is one of the important receptors for parasympathetic neurotransmitter, acetylcholine.
