Description
Madindoline B is an IL-6 inhibitor. Madindoline B inhibits IL-6-dependent MH-60 cells and has no inhibitory effect on IL-6-independent MH-60 cells. In the presence of 0.1 U/mL IL-6, it inhibits IL-6-dependent MH-60 cells with an IC50 of 30 ?M. Madindoline B has no antimicrobial effect.
