MANF Stable Knockout N2a Cell Line

Description

MANF Knockout N2a Stable Cell Line is a mouse neuroblastoma N2a model with a stable, biallelic knockout of the MANF Mesencephalic Astrocyte-derived Neurotrophic Factor gene. This CRISPR/Cas9-edited cell line is ideal for investigating endoplasmic reticulum ER stress response, neuronal survival, and neurodegenerative disease mechanisms in the absence of MANF. Loss of MANF impairs cellular stress protection and neurotrophic signaling, making this model valuable for studies in neurobiology, protein folding disorders, and therapeutic screening.
