The MassTrak Immunosuppressant Internal Standard is intended for in vitro diagnostic use to account for sample matrix effects in quantitative LC-MS/MS assays for the measurement of immunosuppressants in human specimens. The Waters MassTrak Immunosuppressant Internal Standard Set consists of an internal standard and labeling. Contents include: Internal Standard 1 vial Insert Card referencing the electronic IFU Instructions for Use , SDS Safety Data Sheets , and COA Certificate of Analysis The Internal Standard contains the following analytes: Ascomycin 13C2 2H4 -Everolimus 2H12 -Cyclosporin A Ascomycin is used as the internal standard for tacrolimus and sirolimus whereas 13C2 2H4 -everolimus and 2H12 -cyclosporin A are used for the analysis of everolimus and cyclosporin A, respectively.
