McCoy"s 5A Medium

Description

McCoys 5A Medium, is a basal medium widely used for the growth of primary cultures derived from adrenal glands, normal bone marrow, gingiva, lung, mouse kidney, omentum, skin, spleen and other tissues. Supplementation is required, most commonly with 10 % fetal bovine serum FBS for cell culture use, and requires a 5-10 % CO2 environment to maintain physiological pH.
