Mel-CAM Antibody C-11 is a mouse monoclonal IgA Io provided at 200 Amug/ml raised against amino acids 585-646 mapping within a C-terminal cytoplasmic domain of Mel-CAM of human origin recommended for detection of Mel-CAM of human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA See Mel-CAM P1H12 : sc-18837 for Mel-CAM antibody conjugates, including AC, HRP, FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor A 488, 594, 647, 680 and 790. At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for Mel-CAM Antibody C-11 . This work is in progress.
