It is a unique Phenotypic determination paper strip which is coated with antibiotic and inhibitor on a single strip in a concentration gradient manner. The upper half has Meropenem + EDTA with a highest concentration tapering downwards and capable of showing IC values in the range of 1-64, whereas lower half is similarly coated with Meropenem concentration gradient in reverse direction to show IC values in the range of 4-256.
