AAasAasAA+/- -Methotrexate AAasAasAA+/- -Amethopterin is a racemate of Methotrexate HY-14519 . Methotrexate, an antimetabolite and antifolate agent, inhibits the enzyme dihydrofolate reductase, thereby preventing the conversion of Folic acid into Tetrahydrofolate, and inhibiting DNA synthesis.
