MHC class I Antibody ER-HR52 is a rat monoclonal IgG 2a , cited in 10 publications , provided at 200 Amug/ml raised against macrophage precursor cells of mouse origin MHC class I Antibody ER-HR52 is recommended for detection of MHC class I molecules on the surface of cells of the following haplotypes: H2-D b , H2-D w16 , H2 d,p,q and, to a lesser extent, H2 f,r,s,w17,w23,w27 of mouse origin by WB, IP and IF; non cross-reactive with MHC class I molecules of other haplotypes MHC class I Antibody ER-HR52 is available conjugated to agarose for IP; and to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC P and FCM also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor A 488 , Alexa Fluor A 546 , Alexa Fluor A 594 or Alexa Fluor A 647 for WB RGB , IF, IHC P and FCM, and for use with RGB fluorescent imaging systems, such as iBrighta FL1000, FluorChema, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor A 680 or Alexa Fluor A 790 for WB NIR , IF and FCM; for use with Near-Infrared NIR detection systems, such as LI-COR A Odyssey A , iBrighta FL1000, FluorChema, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems Contact our Technical Service Department or your local Distributor for more information on how to receive a FREE 10 Amug sample of MHC class I ER-HR52 : sc-59199 .
