MHC class I Antibody ER-MP42 is a rat monoclonal IgG 2a provided at 200 Amug/ml raised against macrophage precursor cells of mouse origin recommended for detection of MHC class I molecules on the surface of cells of the following haplotypes: H2-F v , H2-D d , H2 k,q, s and, to a lesser extent, H2 p,r,w7,w22 of mouse origin by IF and FCM; non cross-reactive with MHC class I molecules of other haplotypes See MHC class I ER-HR52 : sc-59199 for MHC class I antibody conjugates, including AC, HRP, FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor A 488, 594, 647, 680 and 790. At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for MHC class I Antibody ER-MP42 . This work is in progress.
