MHC class I Antibody VPM 19 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 1 I, cited in 1 publications , provided at 200 Amug/ml raised against thymocytes of ovine origin recommended for detection of MHC class I in lymphocytes isolated from either peripheral blood or efferent lymph of ovine and bovine origin by WB, IP, IF and FCM; not recommended for detection of lymphocytes in red blood cells, thymus and brain available conjugated to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC P and FCM At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for MHC class I Antibody VPM 19 .
