Description

Mouse IgG（Fc）Rapid Assay Kit adopts latex microsphere-based immunochromatography based on double-antibody sandwich principle. This kit is specially developed to detect mouse IgG or recombinant proteins fused with mouse Fc fragment in samples. During testing, mouse Fc in sample binds with labeled antibody to form immune complex, which migrates via capillary flow to the test line (T) and combines with pre-coated anti-mouse Fc antibody to produce red bands. The detectable concentration range is 1~20 μg/mL, and test line color intensity is positively proportional to mouse Fc content. The assay has CV ≤15% for repeatability and relative accuracy deviation within ±15%, enabling reliable semi-quantification of target antibody expression level.
