Description

mRNA Cap 2-O-Methyltransferase creates a Cap-1 structure, which promotes translation efficiency, increasing subsequent protein expression. mRNA Cap 2-O-Methyltransferase 50 U/mul , 10X Capping Buffer, and S-adenosylmethionine SAM are included. mRNA Cap 2-O-Methyltransferase, HQ high quality has equivalent enzyme performance as mRNA Cap 2-O-Methyltransferase but has been produced with stricter quality standards and is supplied in a higher volume.
