Description

The MSCV Murine Stem Cell Virus Retroviral Expression System contains 3 vectors that are optimized for the introduction and expression of genes in pluripotent cell lines, including murine or human hematopoietic, embryonic stem ES , and embryonal carcinoma EC cells. They can also be used effectively with any mammalian cell line. After your gene of interest has been cloned into one of the vectors, the construct can be packaged into retroviral particles using the Retropack PT67 Packaging Cell Line included .
