NMethylisonicotinamided3 is the isotope labelled analog of NMethylisonicotinamide M314385 ; a methyl derivative of Isonicotinamide I821700 which is a compound that strongly induced apoptosis in human acute myelomonocytic leukemia cells, HL60. NMethylisonicotinamide is also used as a reagent in the synthesis of the alkaloid eupolauramine.
