Nodal Antibody A-9 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 1 lambda light chain provided at 200 Amug/ml specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 291-329 near the C-terminus of Nodal of mouse origin recommended for detection of precursor and mature Nodal of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA; also reactive with additional species, including and equine and canine m-IgG Fc BP-HRP and m-IgG 1 BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for Nodal Antibody A-9 for WB applications.
