Description

NucleoBond RS columns are designed for large-scale isolation of endotoxin-free plasmid DNA from bacterial cultures using peristaltic pumps or FPLC systems. After two efficient washing steps to remove endotoxins and other contaminants, plasmid DNA is eluted, precipitated, and easily reconstituted in H2O-EF, TE-EF, or any other suitable endotoxin-free buffer for further use.RS columns are also suitable for preparative-scale RNA clean-up from pre-purified RNA or IVT reactions. NucleoBond RS 10 columns bind up to 10 mg of plasmid DNA from up to 8 g wet weight; ODVmax3.0 of bacterial cells or up to 10 mg of post-IVT RNA. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only.
