Description

NucleoBond Xtra EF Buffer Set I contains the extra buffers needed for the isolation of endotoxin-free low-copy plasmids, BACs, PACs, and P1 constructs using NucleoBond Xtra Midi/Maxi EF kits. This set includes 150 mL of buffers RES-EF, LYS-EF, NEU-EF, and RNase A, and is sufficient for 12 Xtra Maxi preps or 18 Xtra Midi preps. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only. They may not be used for any other purpose, including, but not limited to, use in humans, therapeutic or diagnostic use, or commercial use of any kind.
