Back Reliable plasmid purification from large quantities of cells with NucleoBond Xtra Midi and NucleoBond Xtra Midi EF.Multiple plasmid preps were performed in parallel from bacterial cultures containing varying quantities of cells ODV200 vs. ODV600 using NucleoBond Xtra Midi, NucleoBond Xtra Midi EF, and the ZymoPURE II Plasmid Midiprep Kit, and analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis. At both input levels, the NucleoBond Xtra kits provided higher and more consistent yields than the ZymoPURE II kit, and this performance advantage was particularly striking for the higher input amount ODV400 .
