Back Back High-integrity DNA from whole blood using NucleoMag Blood 200 muL.DNA from human blood 24 individual donors was extracted. Each sample was extracted in duplicate. The figure shows DNA on a 0.7 % w/v TAE agarose gel ethidium bromide stain . The size standard is lambdaHindIII. The gDNA migrates as a distinct band with a molecular weight >23.5 kb representing the high-integrity of DNA. Back DNA isolation from 200 mul of human whole blood samples using NucleoMag Blood 200 muL.Samples were taken from six different donors #1#6 . Sample aliquots from each donor were purified either from fresh samples or after storage at 20C for one day. The extraction was carried out 8 times per sample. The value given is the median of all 8 extractions. Highly reproducible yields were obtained from fresh or frozen blood samples. Back
