Description

The NucleoMag DNA Forensic kit is designed for high-throughput isolation of DNA from forensic samples, including dried blood spots, cigarette filters, and swabs. The procedure is based on the reversible adsorption of nucleic acids to paramagnetic beads under special buffer conditions, and can be performed manually or using automated liquid handling instruments or magnetic separators.
