Description

NucleoType DirectLyse Reagent is a universal lysis buffer designed for simple DNA extraction from a wide range of biological samples, including animal tissue, hair samples, cultivated cells, blood, swabs, or plant tissue. The extracted DNA is intended for use in subsequent PCR or qPCR reactions. This product is comprised of Extraction Buffer XLR and Liquid Proteinase K and contains enough reagent for processing up to 500 samples, depending on the sample type and protocol employed. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only. They may not be used for any other purpose, including, but not limited to, use in humans, therapeutic or diagnostic use, or commercial use of any kind.
