Olverembatinib strongly inhibits native Bcr-Abl and Bcr-AblT315I with IC50s of 0.34 nM and 0.68 nM, respectively. Olverembatinib has antitumor activity. Olverembatinib is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition CuAAc with molecules containing Azide groups.
