Description

The Opti-Protein Rainbow Marker is a combination of 12 pre-stained proteins with molecular weights from 11 kDa to 250 kDa, with reference bands at 15 kDa yellow , 25 kDa green , 80 kDa red and 250 kDa purple in addtion to 8 other blue bands within the range. This premium protein ladder can be used to track the size and separation of proteins during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, approximate the target protein size, and validate the Western Blot transfer efficiency on PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose membranes.
