Oritavancin diphosphate Standard inhibits cell wall synthesis and disrupts the membrane potential. Oritavancin diphosphate Standard inhibits ArlS kinase activity thereby interfering the signal transduction. Oritavancin diphosphate Standard enters cells by adsorptive endocytosis, which drives it to lysosomes, where it exerts antibiotic activity.
