p-Rb Antibody B-8 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 2a Io provided at 200 Amug/ml raised against a short amino acid sequence containing phosphorylated Thr 356 of Rb of human origin recommended for detection of Thr 356 phosphorylated Rb of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC P and ELISA; also reactive with additional species, including and equine, bovine and porcine m-IgG Fc BP-HRP , m-IgG 2a BP-HRP and m-IgGIo BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for p-Rb Antibody B-8 for WB and IHC P applications.
