pAcGFP1-1 Vector

Description

pAcGFP1-1 encodes a green fluorescent protein AcGFP1 fromAequorea coerulescens. The fluorescent protein coding sequence in this construct has been human-codon-optimized for efficient expression and enhanced brightness in mammalian cells. The vector contains a neomycin resistance gene for the selection of stable transfectants. pAcGFP1-1 can be used as a reporter to monitor the activity of promoters and promoter/enhancer combinations cloned into the multiple cloning site MCS upstream of the promoterless AcGFP1 gene. Without the addition of a functional promoter, this vector will not express AcGFP1. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only.
