Pantropic Retroviral Expression System

Description

The Pantropic Retroviral Expression System is a complete retroviral-mediated gene expression system designed to infect dividing cells from a broad range of mammalian and nonmammalian cell types. The included GP2-293 Packaging Cell Line contains only the viralgagandpolgenes. The viral envelope is supplied by transiently transfecting with pVSV-G, which is also included. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only. They may not be used for any other purpose, including, but not limited to, use in humans, therapeutic or diagnostic use, or commercial use of any kind.
