Description

pDendra2 encodes Dendra2, a green-to-red photoswitchable fluorescent protein derived from the octocoralDendronephthyasp. In this vector, the Dendra2 coding sequence can be excised using BamHI and HindIII, for transfer into another vector. The pDendra2 vector also contains alacpromoter sequence, and therefore can be used to express Dendra2 inE. coli.It is primarily intended to serve as a source of Dendra2 cDNA.
