pET Express & Purify Kit—HisTALONTM

Description

The pET Express & Purify Kit-HisTALON allows you to express a protein of interest with an N- or C-terminal 6xHN tag inE. coli. The system includes IPTG-inducible, pET-based bacterial expression vectors that contain a T7/lacpromoter and polyhistidine tag sequence for high-level expression of his-tagged proteins. These proteins can be made exceptionally pure with the high-affinity HisTALON Gravity Columns included in the kit. The kit also includes a control vector that expresses an N-terminal, 6xHN-tagged, GFPuv fusion protein. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only.
