Plant RNA Isolation Kit is designed for fast, reliable and efficient isolation of total RNA from plant samples using single step RNA extraction buffer. This kit provides immediate stabilization of RNA in the sample for accurate expression analysis.RNA extraction involves tissue lysis, separation of RNA from proteins, DNA and other cell debris and precipitation of RNA. As outlined, to prepare total RNA from plant cells are lysed using extraction buffer (RNA extraction solution) and also solubilize their components and denature endogenous RNase simultaneously, separate the RNA using Solution-I(RNA present in the aqueous phase) and precipitate the RNA using Solution-II (isopropyl alcohol).
