pPLUS LV includes a set of packaging plasmids REV, GAG/POL and VSV-G designed with the e-Zyvec assembly technology for Lentivirus production. These plasmids have been optimized to work together with FectoVIR-LV, in a Third-Generation Lentiviral transfection process, providing enhanced LV yields with high titers and infectivity. They are readily available from Research Grade to GMP.
