Prelude One-Step PreAmp Master Mix uses an optimized 2X RT-PCR mix for unbiased preamplification of over 100 targets, starting from a limited input of mRNA or total RNA 100 pg or 10 ng, respectively . Amplified products can be used for downstream real-time PCR qPCR , genotyping, or target-enrichment analysis. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only. They may not be used for any other purpose, including, but not limited to, use in humans, therapeutic or diagnostic use, or commercial use of any kind.
