abms PriGrow Media Series for mammalian cell culture is composed of high-quality, specific formulations for optimal cell growth. Prigrow X.1 is a specialized media formulated for corneal progenitor cells, epithelial cells and keratinocytes derived from cornea. The kit is supplied as a basal media and growth supplement mix: 1.TM010 Basal Medium 500 ml 2.TM010 S Supplement Mix antibiotic-free To make the complete growth media, add the entire contents of the growth supplement mix to the basal medium and mix thoroughly. Addition of the supplement mix to the basal media may change medium appearance and make it more opaque. Prigrow X.1 contains BPE and 0.07mM calcium. The basal medium contains amino acids, minerals, vitamins and organic compounds, but is protein free.
