The kit is supplied as a basal media and growth supplement mix: 1.TM4173 Basal Medium 2.TM4173 S Supplement Mix antibiotic-free Note: TM4173 + TM4173-S yield a total volume of 250ml when combined. To make the complete growth media, add the entire contents of the growth supplement mix to the basal medium and mix thoroughly. Addition of the supplement mix to the basal media may change medium appearance and make it more opaque.
