abms PriGrow X Series Medium for mammalian cell culture is composed of high-quality, specific formulations for optimal cell growth. The kit is supplied as a basal media and growth supplement mix: 1.TM4178 Basal Medium 2.TM4178S Supplement Mix antibiotic-free 3. TM4178D Neurosphere Dissociating Solution store at -20C immediately upon arrival To make the complete growth media, add the entire contents of the growth supplement mix to the basal medium and mix thoroughly yields 250mL . Addition of the supplement mix to the basal media may change medium appearance and make it more opaque.
