This optimized, 2X master mix comprises PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase a high-fidelity DNA polymerase , reaction buffer, dNTP mixture, blue gel-loading dye, and density reagent. PrimeSTAR GXL polymerase is a robust enzyme for use in difficult reactions, including amplification of GC-rich regions without requiring special reaction conditions , in the presence of excess template, and with long targets up to 30 kb in length.
