Description

This optimized, 2X master mix is comprised of PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase a high-fidelity DNA polymerase , reaction buffer, dNTPs, and a density reagent. PrimeSTAR GXL polymerase is a robust enzyme for use in difficult reactions, including amplification of GC-rich regions without requiring special reaction conditions , in the presence of excess template, and with long targets up to 30 kb in length. Reaction size: 1 rxn equals a 50 mul total reaction volume. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only.
